3 in-depth personalized coaching sessions with Jessica and Allie together, 75min each
a creation process of a personal and specific leadership project you will implement
guided therapeutic depth work to turn towards the shadows that keep you stuck + held back in fear
a triad group to deepen into course material outside of live sessions

Who is this for?
Need to have completed the Foundations of the Feminine Course
Hold a strong sense of a developed Self which may feel like:
A capacity to take action and to make mistakes
An appreciation for your personal perspective and gifts
The ability to self-reflect and take radical self ownership
Strong desire for impact
Willing to cultivate community. To deeply and actively engage in the live group sessions, the council pods, and the conversations on the private WhatsApp.
Able to commit to Self by protecting the time required for the course and implementation of the project. This is not for someone looking to only attend the live sessions.
Most importantly, you desire to lead differently. To be of service to others through your unique impact while being nourished. This isn’t about goal striving or profit accumulation. This is about soul work.
The Feminine way of leadership is not about about a title or a seat at the top of a hierarchal structure. Instead, the Feminine guides us to be in relationship with others, rather than have power over them, and it’s here we seek to be of service to the collective we are woven into.
This way of leading is about our families and our communities.

*Protecting the time to attend these sessions is a requirement. This ensures the connection of the community. We all experience the most impact when we commit to show up.
The Investment
Money is a way we exchange energy in our current world and we honor this for our own work while believing that cost should NOT be a barrier when holding soulful space.
We provide the tiered structure below for you to choose from.
Once accepted into the course we will leave it to YOU to choose what feels energetically aligned.
We do have a limited number of scholarships available. Please indicate your need on the application form.
Total Investment for the 6 Month Experience. This includes the three 75min one on one coaching sessions.

Abundant Contribution: $3000
If you move through the world with financial ease and the means to fulfill many of your wants as well as your needs – you are able to eat out when you want, abundantly meet your needs through employment or can comfortably not work, have access to family wealth, own property, etc. – consider paying at this level, which will help us ensure the long term sustainability of our programs and allow us to provide scholarships to those with less resources.

Sustainable Contribution: $2700
If you are able to meet your needs with relative ease while budgeting your educational and entertainment spending – for instance, you are able to take classes and eat out occasionally as long as you are mindful – consider paying at this level, which will help sustain our programs and the energy we invest.

Supported Contribution: $2400
If you struggle to fund your basic needs and have limited access to resources in your family and community, or if you would not be able to access this offering without a discounted payment option, consider paying at this level. We value your presence and contributions to our community and do not want any economic circumstances to be a barrier to attendance!
Additional Individualized Coaching
Take it deeper!
You'll receive ongoing sessions once a month with Jessica + Allie (both together!) through months 4-6 to support continued powerful breakthroughs.
We’ll be there with additional guidance as you grow and implement your specific project while exploring embodying Feminine Leadership.
Total of 3 personalized in-depth 75 minute sessions to root into your Leadership.
This is a reduced rate from our normal session rates.

This is a highly selective experience as we continue to commit to our vision to lead and impact intimate groups of women. This is also a leveling up into a refinement of skills so we can bring our internal work out into the world
